Help improve stream health and water quality - collect materials for river restoration projects in the Poudre Watershed!

Over the day we will collect live, woody material from CPRW's wildfire mitigation projects to be used for construction of beaver dam analogs (BDAs) and post-assisted log structures (PALS) on our stream restoration projects - a great way to utilize biomass! Volunteers will weave the flexible, freshly cut materials between wooden posts to slow water flow, trap sediment, and restore wetland ecosystems.
